Jade has dedicated her life to empowering people to truly love themselves and become the best version of themselves that they can be.

About Jade

Jade is a registered, qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist with over ten years of experience supporting people to embrace body positivity and make healthy lifestyle changes. She has worked for the NHS and Public Health England delivering country wide programs in schools, community groups as well as working one to one with clients. She is currently a lecturer for one of the UK’s leading Naturopathic Nutrition colleges in London training and preparing the next generation of nutritionists.

Jade is a full member of The British Association For Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the government’s Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She has completed thorough, high quality training and follows a strict code of practice.

How do the sessions work?

Jade is able to meet with you face to face at the clinic or you can arrange to meet online over Skype, google chat or face time whilst you are at home or a place that suits you. Contact her by email or phone to book your introduction session.

Introduction consultation:

The introduction consultation is to see if the nutrition consultation is right for you, there is no obligation, and it is FREE.

You can discus with Jade your reasons for interest in nutritional therapy and any goals that you want to achieve. In addition to this, she will run through your medical history and body systems. She will gather information around your lifestyle, food habits and preferences. All of this information will be used to help you to understand how your body is working, highlight any areas that could require support and to tailor the therapy specifically to what will work best for you.

If you decide to go ahead, Jade will then  spend time putting together a plan specifically for you and your unique body requirements, carrying out any research required and preparing for your consultation.

Nutrition Consultation:

In the Nutrition Consultation, Jade will be sharing and discussing her thoughts and any research that she has done with you. She will be able to give you an overview of your body systems and advise and inform you on the best way to improve your health. She will give you detailed explanations as to what she believes will work for you and why. She will leave you feeling informed, empowered and inspired.

There will be a focus on how to get nourishment in as opposed to taking things that you like away. Jade will suggest smart swaps, tips and tricks to make any changes enjoyable for you, and provide you with a truly educational experience.

Jade includes all of the resources, motivational and educational materials she shares with you in the cost of the consultation. This can include recipes, nutrition fact sheets, meal plans, food diaries or any other information that she feels will benefit you.

I learned so much!

I attended one of Jade's workshops and it was so amazing! Not only were the treats amazingly yummy (and healthy), but she demonstrated how easy they were to make too! Jade has a lovely and bubbly personality, and she was able to take complicated science-y things, explain them in an inclusive and easy to understand way for everyone there AND make it fun! The time just flew by! I would definitely recommend her workshops to anyone wanting to know more about nutrition, self care and nourishing guilt-free treats. Even as someone with experience in raw food and nutrition, I still learned a lot that I didn't know, so come prepared with a notebook. SO worth the money! ❤ And I will never get over how good the banana pops are!

Rates

Initial consultation:

FREE. There is no obligation to go ahead with the nutrition consultation.This is the time to see if the nutrition consultation is right for you, to find out what Jade can do for you. If you would like to go ahead, Jade will gather the information she needs to tailor your session to your individual needs.

Nutrition Consultation:

£90 If you have specific health concerns that you want to address or £70  if you have no specific health concerns but would like nutritional support to get the best out of your body and your life. Jade will advise which is suitable for you in the initial consultation.

Further consultations (if wanted by the client):

Follow up consultation: £25 phone call for 30 minutes

Further consultations (within the same year as the first): £50

***Monthly members discount: Free initial consultation, £65 main consultation, follow up £20***

What is included in the rate?

  • The time spent face to face during your consultation
  • The time that Jade spends separately completing any research and preparing your individually tailored plan that takes into account your food preferences, lifestyle and habits
  • Your own health and nutrition profile status that shows you what you are getting/not getting enough of and suggestions on how to improve with ease
  • Any resources  for you to use at home. This can include recipes, motivational resources or educational materials.
